How do I pay for my product?

You pay for your product using credit card, online check,money order or direct deposit. Please call to arrange a direct deposit.

Is my transaction safe?

You can be sure that you transaction is safe with us. We use Paypal and ANZ the most trusted method of payment online.

I don’t have a Paypal account how can i checkout with my credit card.

Thats ok you don’t need a Paypal account to checkout with Paypal. Just enter your details in the space provided or use ANZ

How will my product be shipped?

All products are mailed registered express post.

Will my parcel be discrete?

Yes of cause. All our parcels are posted in express post bags so no one can tell what’s inside.

How long will my products take to arrive?

Most times your products will be posted same day. Postage usually takes between 1-7 business days depending on your location. If your product comes with batteries it must be mailed by road.

What will be on my statement?

Don’t worry no one will know where you have been shopping. Your statement will say Peter.

Are my personal details safe?

If you choose to sign up as a member you can be sure you personal details are same. We do not share any personal information.

What if my product is damaged?

You have 30 days to return your product. We will either refund or replace your product. As long as it is still i the packaging. We check every product before it is shipped to ensure there are know problems. Don’t hesitate to call or email us.

What if my product is not what I wanted?

If your product is not what you wanted you have 30 days to return it. It must be unopened.

What currency are your prices marked it.

As we only provide services to Australia all our products are prices in Australian dollars.
